Mr. Ahammad Sohel Monzoor, MP, Honorable State Minister, Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, has given his kind consent to be present as the chief guest.

Engr. Mohammad Reazul Islam (Rezu), President, IEB and Chairman, RAJUK, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal, Vice-Chancellor, Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Engr.
