A Seminar on "Translational Artificial Intelligence: From Research to Societal Impact" organized by Women Engineers Chapter, IEB, will be held on 18 May, 2026, Monday at 07:00 PM at Council Hall (1st Floor), Shaheed Prokaushali Bhaban, IEB Headquarters, Ramna, Dhaka.
Dr. Zahed Ur Rahman, Honourable Adviser to the Prime Minister on Policy and Strategy; Ministry of Information and Broadcasting; and Ministry of Cultural Affairs, has given his kind consent to be present as the Chief Guest.
Engr. Mohammad Reazul Islam (Rezu), President, IEB & Chairman, RAJUK, will preside over the seminar.
Engr. Shahrin Islam Tuhin, Convener, Association of Engineers, Bangladesh (AEB), Engr. Khan Manjur Morshed, Vice-President (Academic & International), IEB, Engr. Niaz Uddin Bhuiyan, Vice-President (Services & Welfare), IEB and Engr. A. T. M. Tanbir-ul Hasan (Tamal), Vice-President (Administration & Finance), IEB will be present as Special Guest.
Prof. Dr. Engr. Tanzima Hashem, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), will be the Keynote Speaker.
